Q: How do I create an account and bid?
A: Please take a look through the included photos (you can click on them to enlarge) showing a step by step guide to creating your account. You will need to create an account if you wish to bid, but you can view all of the auctions without creating an account. You will only need to enter your credit card information if you want to bid, and you will only need to enter your card information once (at least until your card expires) on your profile.
Q: I think I won some items in the recent auction, but didn’t receive an emailed invoice.
A: The invoice emails are sent out the morning after the auction ends. If you have not received it by noon the day after the auction, then it may have landed in your junk or spam folder. Please be sure to mark our address as safe so that you can receive future emails directly to your inbox. Alternatively, you may view your invoices when logged in to your account by clicking on 'Account' in the red bar at the top of the screen, and then click the invoices tab.
Q: How do I arrange shipping?
A: Please reply to your invoice email following the auction, stating that you require shipping and confirm the address on your invoice is correct for receiving shipments. We will pack the items and find the most economical way to ship them to you. Then, we will charge your credit card for the packing and shipping charges and email you a paid receipt along with your tracking number.
*Be sure that the items you are requesting shipment for are noted as items that we are offering to ship. If you bid on items that are not being offered for shipping, you will be responsible for payment, but they will not be shipped. It will be your loss.*
Q: I forgot my password and when I click ‘forgot username or password’ to reset it, I’m not receiving the ‘reset password’ email.
A: The ‘reset password’ email may have gone to your junk or spam folder. Please be sure to mark our address as safe so that you can receive future emails directly to your inbox. If you don’t see it in there, please call the office at 519-376-8317 and we can assist in resetting it for you.
